Our neon signs are manufactured in China. We either ship from our location in China or in the United States.

For orders shipped from China delivery time takes much longer than the orders shipped from our Warehouse in MD, USA. Orders shipped from the United States usually take 1-3 business days for delivery. For orders shipped from China, delivery time takes 25-35 days from the day of your purchase. Please note SHIPPING TIMES AREN’T GUARANTEED and may have delays especially around holidays or severe weather.

How do I know where my sign is coming from?
Neon signs that are stored in our Warehouse in the United States will have the ‘Fast shipping from the United States‘ displayed below the listing price. This means the item is shipped from the United States and you can expect fast delivery.

If the item doesn’t have the ‘Fast shipping from the United States’ displayed it means you are getting the item from our location in China and delivery time will take a little bit longer (25-35 days).

You will receive a working tracking number to track your order regardless what location you are getting your item from.
