Your neon sign will come to your door suspended in a wood crate made especially to transport this giant neon sign. Unpacking instructions are included. All you do is hang it up and plug it in – no assembly or special wiring required. Shipping charges will apply once we process your exchange. All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee within 30 days of purchase! No restocking fee will be charged to any exchanged order! If merchandise is damaged, please contact us ASAP so we may initiate a USPS claim. You have 5 days to contact us from the receipt of the merchandise.
